Our quality control system includes three stages, which are:The first stage starts at the quarry level where every individual block is carefully inspected for cracks, spots, shade classification and suitable cutting direction.After the First Stage results as Good then the second stage is started where we the inspection is conducted upon sawing where the material is closely inspected. Slabs and tiles like the teak wood sandstone, Carrara marble tiles, etc. are measured for thickness accuracy and flatness. The requirement for repairing, wherever it is necessary are assessed and noted.In the third or final stage, the polished finished product is inspected using various gadgets. A proper recording is done of final shade classification, gloss degree, etc.
